Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a house will result in one of two choices. You can either call for appliance repair to attempt to save money and continue using your current refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the broken appliance with a new model.

All appliances come with an average lifetime. If the broken home appliance is within the earlier or middle timeframe of that average lifetime, we always suggest scheduling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is coming close to the end of its expected lifetime, we recommend replacing it with a new one if your budget allows.

These are the average lifetimes of all types of household appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. WILL YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. We offer a warranty on manufacturer parts and our labor. We only use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and several other common appliance brands in order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Do not hesitate to contact us at anytime after our service if any problems continue with your household appliance.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON THE INITIAL TRIP?

A. We will. We load our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our repair service. If we do need to return at a later time to wrap up a repair, there will not be an additional service charge. We estimate we are able to complete over 95% of appliance repair appointments after the first trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for our technician to be at your residence. We understand how important your time is and we do our best to arrive in the earlier portion of our service window. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair takes longer than anticipated, this allows the repairman a little time to still arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE A FULL LIST OF ALL OF THE BRANDS YOU REPAIR?
